George Van Tassel, mécanicien d'aviation et pilote d'essai pendant 20 ans, utilise le Giant Rock (100.000 tonnes de monolythe de quartz, 20 m de hauteur dans le désert de Mojave près de Landers - Californie), acheté en 1947 au gouvernement américain (avec 4 miles carrés de terrain), pour méditer (dans une caverne du rocher). Van Tassel introduced the world to Ashtar, commandant of station Schare. "Schare" was one of several space stations in "Blaau", the fourth sector of "Bela," in which our solar system is moving. "Shan" was the name that Ashtar gave for Earth, and he said that the universe was ruled by the Council of Seven Lights, which had divided the cosmos into seven sectors and systems. Ashtar proclaimed that the space intelligence's main purpose was to save humankind from itself. Once that great obstacle had been met, then the minor problem of how to deal with nuclear fission would right itself through the harmony that would then be extant on Earth.

Hail to you, beings of Shan. I greet you in love and peace. My identity is Ashtar, commandant quadra sector, patrol station Schare, all projections, all waves. Greetings. Through the council of the Seven Lights you have been brought here, inspired with the inner light to help your fellow man. You are mortals, and other mortals can only understand that which their fellow man can understand. The purpose of this organization is, in a sense, to save mankind from himself. Some years ago, your time, your nuclear physicists penetrated the "Book of Knowledge". They discovered how to explode the atom. Disgusting as the results have been, that this force should be used for destruction, it is not compared to that which can be. We have not been concerned with their explosion of plutonium and U235.
We are concerned, however, with their attempt to explode the hydrogen element. This element is life giving, along with five other elements in the air you breathe, in the water you drink, in the composition of your physical self. In much of your material planet is this life giving atomic substance, hydrogen. Their efforts in this field of science have been successful to the extent that they are not content to rest on the laurels of a power beyond their use; not content with the entire destruction of an entire city at a time. They must have something more destructive. They've got it. When they explode the hydrogen atom, they shall extinguish life on this planet. They are tinkering with a formula they do not comprehend. They are destroying a life-giving element of the Creative Intelligence. Our message to you is this : You shall advance to your government all information we have transmitted to you. You shall request that your government shall immediately contact all other Earth nations, regardless of political feelings. Many of your physicists with an inner perception development have refused to have anything to do with the explosion of the hydrogen atom. The explosion of an atom of inert substance and that of a living substance are two different things. We are not concerned with man's desire to continue war on this planet, Shan. We are concerned with their deliberate determination to extinguish humanity and turn this planet into a cinder.
Your materialists will disagree with our attempt to warn mankind. Rest assured they shall cease to explode life-giving atoms, or we shall eliminate all projects connected with such. Our missions are peaceful, but this condition occured before in this solar system and the planet Lucifer was torn to bits. We are determined that it shall not happen again. The governments on the planet Shan have conceded that we are of a higher intelligence. They must concede also that we are of a higher authority. We do not have to enter their buildings to know what they are doing. We have the formula they would like to use. It is not meant for destruction. Your purpose here has been to build a receptivity that we could communicate with your planet, for by the attraction of light substance atoms, we patrol your universe.
To your government and to your people and through them to all governments and all peoples on the planet of Shan, accept the warning as a blessing that mankind may survive. My light, we shall remain in touch here at this cone of receptivity.

Coïncidence ?... Le lendemain du premier message d'Ashtar à la Terre, une autre tentative de contact ?...

Il y eut trois nuits d'activités particulièrement intenses au-dessus de Washington, le 19-20 juillet 1952, le 26-27 Juillet 1952 et le 2-3 août 1952 : les cieux au dessus de la capitale du pays étaient littéralement encombrés par des ovnis qui survolaient la Maison Blanche, le Capitole, le Pentagone.
Ils ont été vus depuis le sol, ils ont aussi été détectés par les radars des tours de contrôles de l'Aéroport National de Washington, par les radars de la base de l'US Air Force de Bolling au-dessus du Potomac, et par la base de l'Air Force d'Andrews. Les opérateurs radar ont communiqué téléphoniquement en temps réels pour vérifier qu'ils poursuivaient les mêmes cibles, et c'était bien le cas. En de nombreuses occasions, des pilotes de lignes ont pu confirmer visuellement ce que les radars détectaient.
L'apparition d'objets volants non identifiés dans l'espace aérien au-dessus de la zone la plus centrale pour le gouvernement des Etats-Unis causa un grand embarras pour le ministère de la défense, dont une des responsabilités est de garantir le pays contre les intrusions par voie des airs. Un déluge de question de la part des journalistes obligea l'US Air Force à tenir une de ses plus importantes conférence de presse, qui surtout la plus embarrassante et la plus confuse qu'elle ait jamais eu a donner depuis la fin de la deuxième guerre mondiale. In the light of universal law, I greet you in peace, I am Ashtar. With reference to all attempts to trap us, I would suggest that it would be much easier to trap a character off the visor of your television. When your authorities discover how to trap light substance, we would also like to know the formula. We ignore any further discussion of this subject. Our efforts are in the cause of peace, true peace. Many of your higher authorities throughout the nations of the planet Shan have lost all comprehension of the word, peace, for they are under the influence of the forces of darkness. The first thought that enters the minds of those in this darkness is not to find out what the other object of our visitation is, but rather to destroy us, to find out what we are made of. We can assure you that all their efforts, made with the objects of destruction, will avail them naught. Those individuals assigned with mortal beings in the higher light on the planet Shan, at will. We are not desirous of staging a show but I will inform you that if opposition forces, mortal or otherwise, persist in their efforts we can put 100,000 units a second in operation. For those few whose mentality is not diverted, men of science, I shall inform you that our ships could not be visible to the mortal eye of the people of Shan were it not for the elements in your atmosphere. It is difficult for any mortal to conceive of higher intelligence in various stages, they have been away from it so long. I would also inform your government of this nation that the information that was mailed to the Intelligence, was transmitted to foreign nations out of their own office. Greetings, thou beings of Shan. In the light of love and peace I come to you. Commandant of the station Schare. I am Ashtar, having returned to the station Schare from the center, I advance to your scientists the following information. We have told you that the element hydrogen, is a living substance. In the composition of your physical being, in the air you breathe, in the water you drink are five elements of living substances besides hydrogen. The elements nitrogen, oxygen, carbon, fluorine and sodium. Much of your material science has been directed to disproving theory, that does not conform to the personal beliefs of some scientific authority. Among the scientific materials of this planet, Shan, are many minor scientists, who do not have the authority to change these opinions that have been disproved. We have advanced you information, in the faint hope, that some of your governmental authorities would grasp the fact, that with the explosion of living substance, they create a condition parallel, to what your scientists call frozen equilibrium. This release of free hydrogen into the atmosphere of this planet, will cause flames to engulf many portions of this planet momentarily. Those in authority, in the governments, are assuming direct responsibility, not only for the people inhabiting this planet, but their own immediate families, wives, children, parents and relatives are also their responsibility, for these dear ones shall not escape. you in authority, of the governments of the planet Shan, think twice if you would have your loved ones with you. Consult your physicists, ask them about the parallel condition of frozen equilibrium. They will inform you, if they speak the truth and are not influenced otherwise, by the forces of darkness, that this is truth. Wake up, you who would believe only those who direct you. Stand before the people. Tell those who influence your mental decisions, that they too are involved. I am Ashtar, in the process of attempting to straighten out numerous conditions that affect this planet Shan, we are going to give you certain information in the future, that will weld together the two great sciences of your people. I refer to all branches of material science and to religion. These two are one in truth, separated only be a gap that we shall give you they key to close. In the Quadra sector Blaau, man on the planet Shan will have no further use for the misconception, that he is faced with in the form of religion, for science of truth seen and unseen is the basis of religion, not ancient scriptures, misinterpreted, mistranslated and misconstrued by those who deliver lectures, but based on the true science of life in all phases. Organized scientists are beginning now to explore these realms of the unseen.

Elle explose sur l'atoll d'Eniwetok près des îles Marshall dans le Pacifique. 1000 fois plus puissante que la bombe atomique lancée sur Hiroshima, "Mike" ne laissera plus rien de l'îlot après son explosion.

A la fin 1952, Van Tassel publia une petite brochure de 51 pages à compte d'auteur, intitulée « I rode a Flying Saucer : The Mystery of the Flying Saucers revealed ». Il prétendit avoir dialogué en état de trans extatique et en présence de témoins, avec un extraterrestre nommé Totalmon, puis avec un autre disant s'appeler Ashtar. (Jean SIDER : « Ovni, les envahisseurs démasqués », éd. RAMUEL 1999, p 76).
Remarque du Webmaster (mise à jour) : Après quelques recherches, ce livre a finalement bien été édité fin 1952, bien que son titre laissait à penser que, suite à la rencontre entre Van Tassel et Solganda durant l'été suivant, il pouvait être publié fin 1953. Ce qui est étonnant, c'est que finalement, Van Tassel a été bien inspiré car le titre de son ouvrage prophétisa quelque part ce qui se produisit pour lui l'année suivante.

L'opération militaire américaine "Upshot / Knothole" (du 17 Mars 1953 au 4 Juin 1953) procéda le 25 Mai au tir d'une bombe ("Grable") de 15 kt par le biais d'un canon atomique. Comme l'avait pressenti Ashtar dès Janvier 1953, l'arme atomique est désormais utilisable par de nouveaux moyens conventionnels en cas de de guerre entre les "Deux Grands", ouvrant la voie plus tard aux missiles balistiques intercontinentaux.

A 2 heures du matin, une nuit de pleine lune, Van Tassel voit l'extraterrestre, alors qu'aucun de ses chiens n'a aboyé. A 100 mètres plane une soucoupe ronde, brillante à peine à 3 mètres du sol. L'étranger dit : "Je m'appelle Solganda" [ou Solgonda de Vénus]. La conversation est bizarre, car Van Tassel pense à peine à une question que Solganda lui répond déjà. Van Tassel peut faire un tour en soucoupe qui fonctionne avec une batterie "de cristal". - Version 1 (en anglais) : His own contact occurred one night when he and his wife were sleeping outside the house. This was quite a common practice in those parts for houses without air conditioning, as they became unbearably hot inside. He was awoken by a man in a one-piece blue suit standing beside his bed who said "My name is Sylvanon, I'd be pleased to show you my craft". He tried to wake his wife but was unable to do so. The ship was standing about a hundred yards away, and on being taken aboard found it was very like the one in the film The Day the Earth Stood Still, except that this one had a column in the centre. He was shown how furniture could be brought out of walls, and instruments rose out of what had appeared to be shelves. He saw clothes hanging in wardrobes, and responses to his questions were given before he spoke them. He was then taken through a "manhole" below the deck and saw two rotors turning in opposite directions, and what appeared to be gear wheels which reminded him of the "wheels within wheels" of the Book of Ezekiel in the Bible. He was then accompanied out of the ship and the man said "We'll be seeing you". When he had re-entered his ship it took off and vanished in about seven seconds.
- Version 2 (en anglais) : Van reports that on August 24th, 1953, during the night of a full moon, a scout ship with the same configuration as that photographed by George Adamski came to a halt eight feet off the ground out on the landing strip at around 2 AM while he was sleeping outdoors in a sleeping bag. He awoke in an instant and lit a cigarette. When he sat up, he could see a man standing about six feet away from the foot of his bed. This was not uncommon in the desert as people had car trouble frequently on the dusty desert roads. The glowing scout ship hovered about one hundred yards beyond the man. The man addressed Van Tassel saying, "My name is Solgonda. I would be pleased to show you our craft." Van tried to wake his wife, but the man seemed to have her under some kind of mental control, a situation commonly reported years later by abductees. Solgonda escorted Van to the ship. Van stepped on a glowing spot on the sand and rose slowly into the air through an entry hatch on the bottom of the 36-foot scout craft. This lifting beam has been noted by many contactees and abductees. The lighting inside the scout had no source such as a light bulb, yet everything in the cab of the craft was evenly illuminated. Van saw three other men standing by controls and all were about five feet seven inches in height. Solgonda conducted Van on a tour of the small craft. One apparatus had transparent tubes filled with colored liquids that would continuously change levels. Van was also shown the magnetic motor and counter-revolving rotors that produced propulsion for the scout. The scout evidently carried a battery because it had to be charged periodically for its brief mission on Earth. Twenty minutes later, Van was back at his bedside. During the time Van was with Solgonda, Solgonda demonstrated the amazing ability to tune-in to his thoughts and voice replies to his mental questions. Van had a queasy sensation in his stomach after this tour and asked Solgonda if he would be okay. Solgonda replied that he would, then tapped a crystalline device around his neck and promptly vanished. A moment later the craft rose into the air and took off in a northerly direction.

Eisenhower devint président en Janvier 1953. Au cours de la première année de son mandat, au moins 10 vaisseaux extra-terrestres s'écrasèrent aux USA et l'on retrouva dans leurs épaves 26 extra-terrestres morts et 4 survivants. D'autre part, des centaines de témoignages visuels d'OVNIs furent rapportés. Ensuite, toujours en 1953, des astronomes rapportèrent avoir vu trois grands objets se déplacer en direction de la Terre et qui prirent une orbite très élevée autour de l'équateur. En réalité, ces trois objets étaient d'immenses vaisseaux spatiaux.
Eisenhower était en vacances à Palm Springs quand il fut appelé à la base aérienne de Muroc (rebaptisée plus tard Edwards Air Force Base). Le président devait avoir une conférence de presse ce jour-là, mais n'y parut pas. Il était officiellement chez le dentiste... bien qu'aucun journaliste ne parvint à savoir quel dentiste le traita ce 20 Février 1954. Le président Américain, à la tête également du Majestic-12 (organisation secrète créée en 1947 chargée d'enquêter sur les ovnis échoués sur la Terre), s'était rendu en grand secret en avion dans la nuit du 20 au 21 Février 1954 à la base militaire de Muroc pour rencontrer une délégation d'êtres venus de l'espace qui étaient entrés en contact avec le gouvernement américain. Ces extra-terrestres (de la catégorie "grands-blonds") s'identifièrent comme étant des représentants d'un groupe d'êtres " supra-physiques " qui choisit de se faire connaître sous le nom de Ashtar Command.
Leur délégation vint à bord de cinq objets volants, trois en forme de disque et deux en forme de cigare. Eisenhower, ainsi que tout le personnel de la base furent témoins de la descente d'un petit groupe d'occupants qui s'approchèrent d'eux. Ils avaient un aspect humanoïde, leur taille était à peu près celle des êtres humains, ils étaient blonds et parlaient anglais.

Les extraterrestres mirent les Américains en garde en leur disant de ne pas établir de contacts avec les vaisseaux orbitant autour de l'équateur. Ils offrirent leur protection contre la menace que ces vaisseaux représentaient et leur aide dans notre développement spirituel. D'autre part, ils mirent le gouvernement en garde contre tout développement faisant usage de l'énergie atomique et n'offrirent aucune technologie, disant que l'humanité terrestre était spirituellement incapable de gérer correctement ce qu'elle avait déjà en sa possession. Ils étaient convaincus que nous utiliserions toute nouvelle technologie pour nous autodétruire. Et parce que nous étions engagés sur une voie d'autodestruction, nous avions plus besoin de spiritualité que de technologie. Ils étaient prêt à nous offrir cette aide si les Etats-Unis et ses alliés acceptaient de détruire tout leur arsenal nucléaire. Ils dirent que nous devions arrêter de nous entretuer et que nous devions plutôt apprendre à vivre en harmonie. Il était capital pour nous d'apprendre à nous considérer comme les citoyens d'une famille planétaire et nous avions le devoir de nous comporter comme tels. Nous devions abandonner au plus vite notre croyance de pouvoir agir à notre guise. Nous ne pouvions entrer en contact avec eux que si nous commencions à nous conduire comme des citoyens d'un système planétaire. Ils étaient, eux aussi, une partie de cette famille planétaire, et nous devions les traiter ainsi, eux, et tous nos semblables sur cette Terre. Dès que nous aurions appris à avoir des rapports de paix avec les autres nations, nous pourrions accéder à des rapports interplanétaires. Enfin, les représentants de l'Ashtar Command mirent les autorités en garde contre le fait de polluer la Terre et de la violer pour lui enlever ses ressources naturelles.
Toutes les personnes présentes étais des plus sceptiques face à ce langage, surtout en ce qui concernait l'exigence impérative du démantèlement nucléaire. Personne ne pouvait imaginer qu'un désarmement pût être dans l'intérêt des Etats-Unis. Tous craignaient de se trouver sans défense face aux extra-terrestres. L'offre fut refusée ! Ces relations, inédites dans l'Histoire, s'interrompèrent tout net.
Les visiteurs déclarèrent alors qu'ils continueraient à avoir des contacts seulement avec des individus tant que les humains ne les accepteraient pas.
C'est alors que les extra-terrestres firent une démonstration de leurs possibilités techniques qui imposèrent le respect au président, qui se tenait là, paralysé, ainsi que son entourage. Ils montrèrent leurs vaisseaux spatiaux au président et prouvèrent même leur capacité à se rendre invisibles. Eisenhower en éprouva un malaise ! Personne ne pouvait les voir mais tous savaient qu'ils étaient là. Les étrangers remontèrent ensuite dans leurs vaisseaux et décollèrent.
Le président américain décida de rejeter les mises en garde de l'Ashtar Command et permit à des représentants des vaisseaux en orbite d'atterrir sur la base de Holloman.
Les visiteurs étaient des reptiles à la peau grise. Depuis, on les appelle les " Gris ".
Eisenhower garda toute interaction secrête avec eux, de manière à ce que le Congrès et le peuple américain n'en sachent rien, et enfreint carrément son èmandat constitutionnel en signant un traité secret avec eux. Ce traité permettait aux Américains de bénéficier de technologies étrangères très évoluées, et aux " Gris " de bénéficier d'ADN humain leur permettant d'améliorer leur espèce.

Durant le mois d'avril 1954, pendant la crise indo-chinoise, les américains et les russes menaçaient de représailles atomiques, quand un événement extraordinaire fut proposé par les intelligences extra-terrestres : rencontre personnelle avec Eisenhower et Kroutchev.
La Revue "Recherche Mondiale sur les OVNIS" et la "Bonderland Sciences Reseach Association", possèdent un dossier concernant la rencontre avec le Président Eisenhower qui fut informé de l'existence des soucoupes volantes par le général Mac Arthur.
Un OVNI avait atterri en 1954 près de la base Edwards Air Force et les occupants voulurent absolument un contact avec le Président qui accepta l'invitation.
Il trouva le disque à terre au fond de la piste dans le désert Californien et il fut fasciné à l'idée de pouvoir le visiter. Le disque resta à terre pendant 23 heures et Eisenhower réuni les savants de tout le pays pour le leur montrer.
Puisque la visite de Eisenhower devait rester absolument secrète et comme les journalistes qui le suivaient toujours voulaient absolument savoir où il était et murmuraient déjà qu'il avait été assassiné, le bureau de presse du Président Eisenhower annonça qu'il avait dû se rendre de toute urgence chez le dentiste.
Le voile du silence de l'époque était tellement épais que l'événement fût connu plus tard par l'indiscrétion d'un journaliste, mais aucun journal n'en parla.
Malheureusement rien n'a été connu du contenu de la conversation d'Eisenhower avec les occupants de l'OVNI. Selon le rapport confidentiel d'un des officiels présents : ils parlaient un très bon anglais et ils déclarèrent venir de l'Étoile fixe Beltegeuse. Leur manière de vivre serait incompréhensible pour les hommes de la Terre (d'après le journal allemand "Das Neue Zeitalter" N. 4078).

Van Tassel reçoit la communication suivante : " La flotte spatiale sous Ashtar a son quartier général sur Nirbue (Vénus) et deux vaisseaux, le Schare et le Shanchea, y stationnent en orbite. Shanchea a une longueur de 2500 m, mais n'est pas visible, car il ne réfléchit pas la lumière du soleil ". L'Integratron est basé sur la conception du Tabernacle de Moïse, des écritures de Nikola Tesla et des instructions télépathiques des extraterrestres. Ce bâtiment [situé à 3 miles au sud-ouest de Giant Rock] fait 38 pieds de haut, et 55 de diamètre, structure non métallique à l'origine conçue par Van Tassel comme machine de rajeunissement et machine de voyage dans le temps. face à un interviewer très sceptique.
George Van Tassel s'est éteint en 1978. Mais sept ans plus tard, on peut trouver dans le livre de Tuella intitulé "Ashtar : A Tribute" (publié chez 1985 chez Gardian Action Publications, et réédité en 1994 chez Inner Light Publications sous le titre de "Ashtar : The Secret Program of the Forces of Light & Their Spiritual Program of Earth"), la surprenante canalisation suivante suggérant que George Van Tassel faisait partie de la flotte d'Ashtar du temps de son vivant et même après (traduction française en bleu) :
Ashtar : " I have with me here one formerly known to your world as George Van Tassel who will speak to you now ".

Lors de la préparation du manuscrit, le Commandant Ashtar eut des précisions à exprimer au sujet de son premier messager, George Van Tassel :
Ashtar : " Son amour pour moi et sa fidélité à notre mission ont été profondément appréciés. Il est maintenant une grande personnalité des royaumes plus élevés, continuant inlassablement pour la cause de l'avancement de la connaissance et de son implication certaine au sein du Nouvel Âge. Prochainement, il sera très actif dans les avancées technologiques de la Terre et également comme homme d'État. Il participe maintenant aux grands Conseils Universels en tant que Frère Ainé respecté de tous. Sa présence dans votre dimension en tant que notre porte-parole a été ordonnée avant que son incarnation ne se soit manifestée. Son travail, en combinaison avec quelques autres personnes importantes de son époque, a formé la base de tous ceux qui viendraient plus tard, et rien ne règnera contre la vérité comme il a été exprimé à ce moment-là.. "

Le 20 Avril 2007 a été 20.000 ème jour, depuis que Ashtar est venu apporter son tout premier message à la Terre, le 18 Juillet 1952.
